The first meeting was held on Thursday 28 th of January 2016 in coordination with Dr. Tarek Sami, Director of Al Tebeen Institute for Metallurgical Studies, Mohamed Heikal, Project Manager, Cairo Governorate, and Dr. Alaa El Din Zuhair, , Mr. Tareq Salah El-Din, President of Al-Tebeen District, Amr Al-Ashqar, Member of the People’s Assembly for Tebeen and May 15, Ahmed Hassan, Director of Al Tebeen Youth Center, Dr. Heba Al-Rahman Ahmed, President of the Inventors Syndicate, Watt in the actual implementation of youth projects by the Institute Tebbin Metallurgical Studies Baltban.

Dr. Tariq Samy, Director of Al-Tebeen Institute for Metallurgical Studies, said that in the context of the general orientation of the State to support small and medium industries as a basis for the renaissance of industry in Egypt and the progress and employment of youth in Egypt, the Institute plays an active role in helping youth develop their projects and entrepreneurship. Samy also agreed to hold a regular meeting at the beginning of each month with the competent authorities that attended to implement the projects and overcome all obstacles and to increase the chances of employment of youth in Al-Tebeen area and May 15th.

He pledged communication between the peoples and executives and officials to implement all youth projects. He also promised to choose projects that serve the state and escalate them to officials. Dr. Heba Rahman Ahmed, President of the Association of Inventors said that the role of the union is not limited to the moral support of the inventor to feel safe that there is an entity that brings together with other peers and helps him to complete his career, but it works to support young inventors and introduce them to their rights and involve them in conferences and exhibitions local and international inventors, Hiba al-Rahman said that the union is official and follows the Federation of Egyptian Trade Unions and is not an independent trade union, and Heba al-Rahman confirmed the signing of a protocol of cooperation between the union and the Institute of Tebbin for metallurgical studies to cooperate in the implementation of all youth inventions.
